الشروط والأحكام
- دور ناقر: ناقر منصة وسيطة بين المشترين والبائعين. البائع مسؤول عن منتجاته ووصفها وجودتها وتجهيز الطلب.
- الحساب: أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن سرية حسابك.
- الأسعار: الأسعار بالجنيه السوداني (SDG) وقد تتغير قبل تأكيد الطلب.
- الدفع: الدفع عند الاستلام أو بالتحويل البنكي.
- التوصيل: وفق سياسة الشحن والتوصيل. رسوم التوصيل وموعده يُتفق عليهما بين المشتري والبائع.
- الإلغاء والإرجاع: وفق سياسة الإلغاء والإرجاع: الإلغاء قبل الشحن، والإرجاع خلال 14 يومًا على نفقة المشتري.
- الضمان: يقدّمه كل بائع على منتجاته.
- الاستخدام: يُمنع استخدام المنصة لأي غرض مخالف للقانون أو بيانات غير صحيحة.
- التعديل: يجوز لناقر تعديل هذه الشروط، والاستمرار في الاستخدام يعني الموافقة على التعديل.

Terms and Conditions
- Nager's role: Nager is a marketplace between buyers and sellers. The seller is responsible for their products, descriptions, quality and preparing the order.
- Account: you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the security of your account.
- Prices: prices are in Sudanese pounds (SDG) and may change before an order is confirmed.
- Payment: cash on delivery or bank transfer.
- Delivery: as set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. The delivery fee and date are agreed between buyer and seller.
- Cancellation and returns: as set out in the Cancellation and Return Policy: cancel before shipping; return within 14 days at the buyer's cost.
- Warranty: given by each seller on their own products.
- Use: the platform must not be used for anything unlawful or with false information.
- Changes: Nager may update these terms; continuing to use the platform means you accept the update.
