كيف أدفع ثمن طلبي؟ / How do I pay for my order?

الدفع عند الاستلام أو بالتحويل البنكي. / Pay on delivery or by bank transfer.

إلى أين تصل الطلبات؟ / Where do you deliver?

الجزيرة، القضارف، النيل الأزرق، كسلا، الخرطوم، شمال كردفان، الشمالية، البحر الأحمر، نهر النيل، سنار، النيل الأبيض. / Al Gezira, Al Qadarif (Gedaref), Blue Nile, Kassala, Khartoum, North Kordofan, Northern, Red Sea, River Nile, Sennar and White Nile.

كم تبلغ رسوم التوصيل ومدته؟ / What are the delivery fee and time?

لا توجد رسوم أو مدة ثابتة. يتفق عليهما المشتري والبائع بحسب حجم الطلب وعدد القطع والوجهة. / There is no fixed fee or time. The buyer and the seller agree on them according to the order size, number of items and destination.

هل يمكنني إلغاء طلبي؟ / Can I cancel my order?

نعم، قبل شحن الطلب. بعد الشحن يمكنك إرجاعه وفق سياسة الإرجاع. / Yes, before it is shipped. After shipping you can return it under the return policy.

كيف أرجع منتجًا؟ / How do I return a product?

يمكن إرجاع جميع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام، ويتحمل المشتري تكلفة شحن الإرجاع، ويتم رد المبلغ خلال 14 يومًا من استلام المنتج المُرجَع. / All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The buyer pays the return delivery, and the refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

هل المنتجات مضمونة؟ / Are products under warranty?

الضمان يقدّمه كل بائع على منتجاته، وتظهر مدته في صفحة المنتج. / Each seller gives the warranty on their products; the period is shown on the product page.

كيف أبيع على ناقر؟ / How do I sell on Nager?

سجّل كبائع وقدّم الهوية الوطنية والسجل التجاري والتوقيع المعتمد. لا تأخذ ناقر أي عمولة، وتُحوَّل مستحقاتك شهريًا إلى حسابك البنكي. / Register as a seller and provide your national ID, commercial registration and authorized signature. Nager takes no commission, and your earnings are transferred monthly to your bank account.
